The Aberdeen School Board has approved an expansion project at an elementary school. The 4700 square foot addition to the O.M. Tiffany Elementary will provide for three more classrooms.

The school district will use federal stimulus money to help pay the $700,000 cost. The addition will included a music room, a kindergarten classrrom and a multiple-use room. School Director Operations Director Bob Pitz says construction is expected to begin in the spring and wrap up about 10 days before the start of the 2010-2011 school year.
