KEARNEY, Neb. (AP) - South Dakota's first game at the N-C-A-A
Division Two Women's Elite Eight will not be its last.

The Coyotes beat Washburn 85-to-80 in double overtime tonight to
move into Thursday's semifinals against Delta State.

Jeana Hoffman scored 27 points. Bridget Yoerger added 19 and
Ashley Robinette had 13.

Corkey Stiger kept the Lady Blues in the game with eight
3-pointers and 31 points. Her 3-pointer tied the game 63-all and
forced the first overtime. She tied the game with 3-pointers twice
in the first extra frame, and Jessica Mainz's 3-pointer tied it
again at 73-to-73 and forced a second overtime.

Janice Bright had 16 points for Washburn.

The Lady Blues made 12 of 33 3-point attempts.

The Coyotes improved to 32-and-1.

South Dakota is leaving Division Two after this season to begin
the transition to Division One.
