PITTSBURGH -- Former University of South Dakota football standout Stefan Logan had an impressive preseason for the Pittsburgh Steelers. It paid off in a big way.

The Super Bowl Champion Steelers announced their 53-man regular season roster on Saturday -- and Logan was on it.

"Never give up on your dreams, stay focused and things will come," Logan said of making the team. "Have faith and be confident in yourself and believe in God and everything will work out."

Logan returned a punt 80 yards for a touchdown in the Steelers' 21-10 win over Carolina in Pittsburgh's preseason finale Thursday night.

The electrifying return capped off an impressive preseason for the Coyotes' all-time leading rusher.

Logan finished the preseason with nine punt returns for 191 yards and a touchdown -- an average of 21.2 per return. Logan also had five kick returns for 185 yards, an average of 37 per return.
