We have watched construction on the new 5 story Avera Cancer Institute on the campus of Avera McKennan since the beginning. We were there when they broke ground on the $90 million project in May of 2008, when the steel beams went up and now that the building is enclosed we got a tour inside from Avera McKennan Senior V.P. of Environmental Services Dick Molseed.
