C-Section births are at an all time high and the question among health care experts is whether they're medically necessary procedures...or a convenience for moms to schedule their births. 

The National Institutes of Health is making some recommendations to help lower the number of cesareans for women who have had the surgery in the past and are now considering a vaginal birth.  Our medical expert Dr. Kimberlee McKay from Avera McKennan gives us her thoughts.
