We are all born with a hole in our heart and for 80 percent of the population in closes on it's own within the first 2 years of life. For the 20% who live with this congenital defect, most of the time, they will never even know they have it unless symptoms of a stroke appear. 

We watched and listened to Dr. Michael Bacharach with North Central Heart as he inserted a device in a patient's heart to close the hole.
