Dr. Jennifer McKay with Avera McKennan has more on another tool available to you besides annual check-ups to help determine your where you stand with your health and you can do from the privacy of your own home on your computer. It's called an HRA, Health Risk Assessment.

It's a very simple questionnaire that you can fill out on-line. You'll answer questions about diet, exercise, medical history, lifestyle etc. It  determines your risk, and  can advise you when it's time to see your doctor and what changes you should make. Currently the Avera Cancer Institute you can take one to find out your risk of developing colon cancer.
