Avera Medical Minute: Brachytherapy in Mitchell Live 11/29/09

The Avera Queen of Peace received a 2 million dollar grant from the Leona and Harry Helmsley Charitable Trust to bring Brachytherapy to Mitchell and the 19-county region served by the Avera Queen of Peace Cancer Center.

Action News reporter Nancy Naeve Brown asked radiation oncologist Dr. Stephen Dick to explain the benefits to this type of radiation treatment.
