The Events Center A/E team (Sink Combs Dethlefs and Koch Hazard Architects), the Construction Manager (Mortenson Construction), and the Economic and Impact Analysis Consultant (AECOM) have completed their respective comparative site analysis reports.
Reports from consultants hired by the City of Sioux Falls recommend building an Events Center near the current Arena/Convention Center in Sioux Falls.
Based on the factors studied by the firms, the Arena site ranks higher than the downtown location at Cherapa Place.
