City Council Member Greg Jamison is hosting an Events Center discussion, for residents in the Southwest District, on Wednesday, May 25, 2011, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Caille Branch Library, 4100 Carnegie Circle.
The meeting will be held in the library meeting room.
The discussion will pertain to Events Center issues: location, construction cost, operating cost, borrowing money, effect on the CIP, and the public vote.
"I want to give the public a chance to share their thoughts with me before I make some very important votes regarding the Events Center," said Jamison, who represents the Southwest District.
Additional City Council Members may be in attendance.
