It's not everyday kids under seven are the guests of honor at the Washington Pavilion.
But next Thursday, November 17th some familiar characters - including a moon and a bunny - will be there to perform especially for them.
Goodnight cow, jumping over the moon.
Goodnight room, goodnight moon.
A children's storybook classic will soon take to life at the Washington Pavilion.
It's aimed at audiences...a little younger than normal.
"All the kids love it because some stories aren't appropriate because they're too mature, this is perfect for them," says the Pavilion's Rose Ann Kelly.
A theatre company from Nova Scotia will put on performances of both Goodnight Moon and Runaway Bunny.
Both books are children's classics - performed with a fun twist.
"What they use is black light puppetry to bring classic stories to life," explains Kelly.
The show is for kids in preschool through second grade.
Tickets are five dollars a piece and schools or groups are welcome.
Runaway Bunny and Goodnight Moon can be seen in two performances - at 10 A.M. and 1 P.M. on Thursday, November 17th.
