This week's KSFY/Taco John's Athlete of the Week seems to be a star in virtually every sport he plays.
First at QB, and now at guard for the Waverly/South Shore Coyotes basketball team.
In a 63-43 win over Lincoln HI out of Minnesota Tuesday, Taylor Zemlicka poured in 29 points and added 10 rebounds to lead his team to victory. With the win, the Coyotes open 2011-12 at an impressive 6-0 in Class B.
The fast start has many in the two towns thinking about back-to-back state championships after claiming the 9B State Football Title in November.
For that performance, we salute Taylor Zemlicka as our KSFY/Taco John's Athlete of the Week.
