An AP and Wisconsin Broadcasters' Association award-winning journalist, weeknight news anchor Paige Pearson joined KSFY News in January 2012.
Paige is thrilled to be back in Sioux Falls and is a proud native. She grew up a Jackrabbits' fan as her parents are SDSU alums. They rarely missed Hobo Days, Beef Bowl, or Little International. In high school, Paige swam for the Snowfox Swim Team and played tennis at Roosevelt. Not wanting to show state school bias, Paige spent two years at the USD Communications School. She completed her broadcast degree at Indiana University.
Paige began her television career at WEAU in Wisconsin. There she reported on the Chai Vang shootings, the Badgers football and basketball teams, and prep sports. Fully acclimatized in the Land of Cheese, Paige spent four exciting years as a sports anchor and reporter at WLUK in Green Bay. There she covered the Packers, the Packers, and the Packers. The Green and Gold's Super Bowl 45 win will forever be a highlight of her career.
Storytelling is Paige's passion, and she strives to tell compelling, impactful, and balanced stories. Should you have a story idea, email Paige at ppearson@ksfy.com.
