ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) - NorthWestern Energy says power has been restored to about 4,200 customers in northeastern South Dakota's Brown County.
The Thursday outage affected people in Stratford, Warner and Aberdeen, and included Northern State University. Electricity was fully restored after about 1 ½ hours.
Utility spokesman Tom Glanzer says that a transformer problem led to the outage.
