The 34th annual Lewis Drug Racquetball Pro Am took place in Sioux Falls over the weekend with some of the top players in America taking part in singles and doubles action.
Held at both the Sioux Falls YMCA and Augustana's Elmen Center, both pro and recreational racquetball players were on hand for the three-day event. Which featured nearly a dozen brackets for players of all ages.
In the Pro Am division, Ladera Ranch, Cali. native Rocky Carson was the story of the weekend. He first swept fellow Californian Chris Crowther in three games to win the IRT men's single match before teaming with Alvaro Beltran to win the IRT doubles crown.
Also highlighting the competition was 59-year old New York native Ruben Gonzalez, who despite his age, advanced to the quarterfinals of the IRT single's competition.
