Mark your calendars, Feb. 18th is going to be a busy day for local college basketball fans. On Monday, it was announced that both the SDSU and USD men's basketball teams will host contests in the 10th Annual SEARS BracketBusters Series.
The Jackrabbits (17-6) will host the Buffalo Bulls (12-6) from the MAAC in the first nationally televised game in Frost Arena history. Tip-off is set for noon with coverage to be provided by ESPNU.
Meanwhile, the Coyotes (7-14) will welcome the Texas State Bobcats (8-12) of the Southland Conference to the DakotaDome. Tip-off for the contest is scheduled for 7 p.m.
This is the first meeting for either school against their respective opponent.
