Random Acts of Kindness week

The dining room walls of Active Generations in Sioux Falls is covered with hearts this week, and it is not because Valentine's day.

The hearts are for their event called "Random Acts of Kindness". The senior social center had a goal of documenting 500 acts of kindness this week.

Each act was written on a pink heart and hung on the wall. A four year old boy held a door for a senior, others delivered meals, donated books and paid for groceries.

Even though Sunday is the last day for the event members want kindness to be promoted every day.
