1-lb. cod filet¼ cup white wine1T honey1 t ginger1T rice vinegar1T sesame oil2t garlic1t soy sauce1T sesame seeds.
Set broiler 8 inches above pan. Combine all ingredients and pour over fish into broiling pan. Broil for 8-12 minutes until fish flakes easily.
While fish is broiling prepare 1 -16 oz. package of Hy-Vee Stir fry vegetables with noodles according to directions on package. Add 2 T soy sauce to coat the vegetables and place cod along with sauce in pan on top of vegetables with noodles and sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
