Missing Redfield man died of natural causes

REDFIELD, S.D. (AP) - A missing Redfield man who was found dead inside his vehicle in a creek died of natural causes.

Spink County Sheriff Kevin Schurch said the county coroner determined Donald Stahl, 75, of Redfield died before his sport utility vehicle went into Turtle Creek on June 12. Stahl's body was found the next day after an aerial and ground search.

Coroner Pat Thelen did not release the specific cause of death.
