Daycare death under investigation in Davison County

According to the office of South Dakota's Attorney General, the death of an infant is underway in rural Davison County.

The Davison County Sheriff's Office was called to a home on Tuesday with the report that an infant child had died at a home daycare.

Law enforcement officials from the Davison County Sheriff's Office, Mitchell Police Department and the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation are continuing to investigate at this time.
