Sioux Falls police have made arrests involving two gas stations that were robbed Monday morning.

Officer Sam Clemens said more details will be released during Monday's police briefing at 10:30 a.m.

On Monday, the Shop N Cart on 6th St. and Cleveland Ave. was robbed around 5:30 a.m. The Sioux Falls Police say that a dark skinned male, 5'11" to 6'0" tall, 165 to 180 lbs, possibly in his mid 20's entered the store with a handgun and demanded money. He left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. He was wearing a dark blue hooded sweat shirt and blue jeans. He also had a white piece of cloth covering the lower half of his face. A robbery was also reported at the Shell Gas Stop on 26th St. and Cliff Ave. Police believe they are connected.
