Out at Frank Olson Park some of the regions best swimmers faced off at the Snowfox Independence Invitational.
Fresh off her trip to the Olympic Trials in Omaha, Aberdeen Central's Hannah Kastigar won the 200-meter freestyle (15 and over division). She finished with a time of 2:10:61.
Sioux Falls-native Zach Johnson won the boys 200-meter freestyle (15 and over division). Johnson, who currently swims for Oakland University (MI) finished with a time of 2:02:14.
Moving on to the girls 100-meter backstroke (15 and over division). Shayle Finnesand racing for the Aberdeen Swim Club took first with a time of 1:11:14.
Now to the guys 15 and over 100-meter backstroke. Kyle Robrock wins it for Black Dog Swimming. He won with a time of 1:02:63.
Robrock also won the 50 meter freestyle (15 and over division) with a final time of 25:56:50.
