Kids were shooting some hoops on Saturday.
It's all part of the Hoopin' For Hope event.
The family festival is being held at Covell Lake Park in Sioux Falls.
The purpose was to raise awareness of the many challenges our kids face.
"It's really about the education, the learning experience and the opportunity to do something they might have not have had the chance to do before," Carlos Teer said.
The day consisted of 3 on 3 basketball, a dunk contest, inflatables, a talent show, face painting, live music and good food.
The Christian Youth Activity Leagues event wrapped up around 8 p.m.
