Yankton prisoner back in custody

A state prison inmate that walked away from the prison in Yankton on July 12 is back in custody.

Inmate Eric Harcey, 26, was found in Scott County, Minn., which is near the Twin Cities, early Monday morning. Harcey walked away from the Yankton Minimum Unit late Thursday evening.

Harcey was sentenced in July 2009 to 15 years with 10 years suspended for Grand Theft out of Lawrence County.
