Crews extinguish grass fire south of Larchwood

KSFY received these photos of a grass fire near the Iowa-South Dakota state line Tuesday afternoon.

Crews from the Larchwood Fire Department extinguished the fire Tuesday afternoon.The fire burned about five acres of land on 180^th Street near the border of Iowa and South Dakota.

Lyon County is one of 31 counties in Iowa under a burn ban.
