If you are looking to improve your long game, this was your event. The inaugural Don Isaacson Willow Run Cares Invitational, featuring the charity long drive event.
Eight golfers took part in the competition, including current long drive world record holder Mike Dobbyn. The proceeds of the event went to Sioux Falls high school and college golf programs.
The big winner on the tee, was Dustin Merrill of St. Louis, Mo. He hit a ball over 360 yards into a fierce South Dakota head wind to pick up top honors.
