Science festival packs Sanford Center

Sanford Health hosted the "It's All About Science" festival at its Sanford Center in Sioux Falls on Saturday.

Kids enjoyed over 40 hands-on activities, demonstrations, and exhibits.

Attendee Jaden Slama loved the finger printing. "You dip your finger in the ink and...see how they're different," Jaden said.

This is the first year of the event.

Navy divers, wrapping up the area's Navy Week, were participating and showing the kids what they do.
