Five people hurt in I-29 single car crash

A total of five people are hurt Saturday night, two of them serious after the driver of the car they were in lost control on the highway.

It happened on I-29 north, just a quarter mile from the Worthing exit.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol says the driver lost control and the car rolled into a ditch.

It happened around 7 p.m. Saturday.

Only one lane is open on the interstate during this accident. Traffic is moving very slowly.

Authorities aren't releasing the names of who was involved. Only one car was involved.
