UPDATE: Police identify victims and suspect in motorcycle crash

We are learning more about the three people involved in an accident between a Jeep and motorcycle.

Sioux Falls Police say one woman has died and a man is still in serious condition Sunday after an injury hit-and-run accident.

This happened at the intersection of 26th Street and Grange Avenue in Sioux Falls just after midnight on Saturday.

Police say 36 year-old Tracy Handel, of Sioux Falls, was a passenger on the motorcycle and died later at a Sioux Falls hospital, Saturday.

The driver of the 2005 Yamaha XVS65 motorcycle, 41 year old Sean P. Burns of Hartford is still hospitalized in serious condition. 

The driver of the hit and run vehicle, a 1997 Jeep Wrangler is 41 year old Darren Lee Boomgarden of Sioux Falls.

Boomgarden is being held at the Minnehaha County Jail and charged with Vehicular Homicide, Vehicular Battery, DWI 2nd, Felony Hit and Run, No Insurance and Open Container.

The investigation is still on-going.
