Sioux Falls Fire Rescue, Police investigate chemical spill

Sioux Falls police are still searching for contaminants from a chemical spill report Thursday afternoon.

Sioux Falls Fire Rescue and Police responded to the chemical spill near the corner of 13th Street and Spring Avenue. Crews arrived to the apartment complex to find drano fluid spilt.

Police said at that point the felt there was no real danger.

However, as of 1:30 p.m. Thursday, fire rescue crews and police were still searching to ensure they did not miss any contaminants.
