A Sioux Falls eye care business was back open Friday, one day after state law enforcement agents were seen carrying items out of the clinic.
KSFY News Reporter Mark Roper stopped by Advanced Eye Care Friday morning. He says the clinic was open and they are seeing patients. But no one would comment about Thursday's visit by agents from the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation.
KSFY News spoke with Sara Raburn, who is a spokesperson for the South Dakota Attorney General's Office Friday. She says no arrests have been made and no charges have been filed. She wouldn't make any other comments.
KSFY News contacted the Better Business Bureau Thursday. It said there have been no complaints about Advanced Eye Care.
