Sioux Empire Fair kicks off with great weather

What would a fair be without some rides?

The Sioux Empire Fair in Sioux Falls has a lot to choose from this year.

Today was the first official day of the fair.

Many people were out enjoying it on a beautiful Saturday, the best part was the weather it was not too hot out with a small breeze.

Some kids told us what they had been doing out there Saturday.

"I've been on the big roller coaster and we are going on some today," Zach Fendrich said.
