Firefighters were showing a burn demonstration to some fairgoers.
They were comparing a room with a sprinkler system versus a room with nothing.
In the room with no sprinklers it took just 4 minutes for the entire room to be up in flames.
The room with a sprinkler system however, you could see the fire starting, but those sprinklers activate and put the fire out fairly fast.
We talked to the Assistant Fire Marshall about the demonstration.
"Fire sprinklers aren't just for commercial buildings anymore. The technology has come a long way and it's able to have sprinklers in home and we want people to consider putting fire sprinklers in their home," Mike Top said.
"It was completely engulfed in like 2 minutes, so it shows how dangerous a fire can actually be," Rachel Carsrud said.
