Sioux Falls Police bust mobile meth lab

Around 8:00 Monday night Sioux Falls Police pulled over a car near 12th Street and Williams Avenue. During the traffic stop Sioux Falls Police say they found components for manufacturing methamphetamine using the "One Pot" method in the car. The lab was seized and dismantled.

Two people in the car were arrested for various drug charges.

Police arrested James Michael Hunt, 37, for possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), manufacturing controlled substance (methamphetamine), drug free zone violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and warrant service.

Police also arrested Tiffani Jo Stauffacher, 33, for possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), manufacturing controlled substance (methamphetamine), drug free zone violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and warrant service.

The Sioux Falls Fire Rescue HazMat Team along with Rural-Metro Ambulance assisted the Sioux Falls Area Drug Task Force during the dismantling of the lab.
