This follows the main event scheduled at 11 a.m. At 9 a.m. Saturday, a reception for the workers who constructed the dam and their families will be held at the Cultural Heritage Center. Also on Saturday, film footage of the Missouri River closing operations, the power plant construction and other events will be shown at the State 123 Theatre in Pierre.
