"The City of Sioux Falls wishes to express sincere appreciation to Minger Construction, their subcontractors, and HDR Engineering for completing this work two and a half days ahead of schedule. We also thank the citizens and businesses for their patience during the installation of this critical infrastructure," said Chad Huwe, City Engineer.

The overall sewer project completion date is scheduled for November 30, 2012. The prime contractor for this project is Minger Construction, Inc. from Chanhassen, Minnesota.
