BROOKINGS, S.D. (AP) - SDSU Extension plans to host rural safety courses in Rapid City next month during the Dakota Country Lifestyles Expo.
Topics covered during the Sept. 29-30 event will include livestock handling, machinery, electrical and general outdoor safety. The safety courses will be held in 15-30 minutes sessions throughout the Expo in the Fine Arts Building at the Central States Fairgrounds.
The courses run from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. MDT on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
