U.S. Rep. Kristi Noem and challenger Matt Varilek are set to debate at DakotaFest in Mitchell Wednesday.
The debate is happening at the SDSU Pavilion, in the northwest corner of the grounds, at 2 p.m. Wednesday. KSFY News is live streaming the event on www.ksfy.com.
The debate is organized by South Dakota Corn Growers Association and South Dakota State University.
"These are critical times in agriculture and we look forward to bringing the candidates together to discuss the issues that are important to South Dakota farmers and ranchers," Lisa Richardson, the SDCGA's executive director, said in a news release.
