Washington's Johnson Named KSFY/Taco John's Athlete of the Week - KSFY News - Sioux Falls, SD News, Weather, Sports

   Our KSFY/Taco John's Athlete of the Week got her fall softball season off to a great start in a doubleheader against Watertown.

   Washington high school senior Katie Johnson struck out ten, and went two for three at the plate, which included a triple, in a game one win.

   Johnson also had a big two-run single in a win in game two.

   She is an Iowa State pitching recruit, and for that performance, we salute Washington's Katie Johnson as our KSFY/Taco John's Athlete of the Week.
