Sioux Falls police arrested a woman for lifting up her dress in front of children Wednesday night.
The incident happened at about 9 p.m. in the 700-block of South Phillips Avenue.
A person living in the neighborhood saw a woman outside. The neighbor said the woman kept pulling her dress up and she was not wearing any underwear. The neighbor told police at one point the woman laid on her back with her legs in the air.
The police were called when children were walking by and witnessing the incident. The responding officer said when he arrived to the scene he shined his spotlight on the woman and saw everything.
Tyanne Pearson, 31, of Sioux Falls was arrested for Indecent Exposure. The officer noted the woman was probably intoxicated.
