Softball players from 8 states were in Sioux Falls over the weekend for a national tournament.
The ASA Slow Pitch Men's Recreational Northern National Championship is being held at Harmodon Park in Sioux Falls.
The tournament is attracting more than 45 teams from 8 states.
The convention and visitors bureau says this tournament is expected to bring in more than $267,000 to Sioux Falls.
We talked to a player about that.
"Has a positive effect on the economy and is good for the city," Gunner Krograman said.
It started Saturday morning and will finish up Sunday afternoon.
