About 100 people were honoring some local businesses for the role they take in the community.
The party was held at Thunder Road in Sioux Falls.
It's called "Bob's Good Neighbor Program" and it encourages businesses to get involved in our community.
This year there was a tie between Nordstroms Auto and Nueva Esperanza Baptist Church for the good work they do around the Sioux Falls area.
The pastor from the church tells us it's an honor just to be recognized.
"So it's a blessing to receive an award and it's a blessing to be part of this community," Jackie Williams said.
Last year the Renner Volunteer Fire Department was honored.
