SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A Sioux Falls man has been sentenced to prison for making false statements to the FBI.
U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson has announced that 38-year-old Michael Todd Never Misses A Shot has been sentenced to three years in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
Prosecutors say Never Misses A Shot knowingly made a false statement to investigators working the case of a missing man in the Sisseton area.
