Our KSFY/Taco John's Athlete of the Week has been one of the best players in nine-man football players this season while leading the Gregory Gorillas.
Senior quarterback Jaden Bartling had five combined touchdowns in Gregory's 52-0 win over Avon this past Friday in the FCA So-Dak Bowl in Sioux Falls.
Bartling rushed for 209 yards with three rushing TD's, the longest was 80-yards.
He also completed 5 of 7 passes for 137 yards and two touchdowns in the game.
In eight quarters of play this season, two games ended early due to the mercy rule, Bartling has a combined 16 touchdowns rushing or passing.
For that performance, and that big game on Friday against Avon.
