92 employees were laid off at the Molded Fiber Glass plant in Aberdeen. Officials of the plant say the layoff was due to reduction in wind turbine orders.
If the sale of wind turbines increase the employees could be brought back.
Right now though, they are without jobs.
Dan Thielsen, the manager at the Aberdeen Department of Labor and Regulation tells those laid off to remain positive and don't blame themselves.
"It's not just you. You're one of 90 something people that are being laid off," Thielsen said. "Remember its not a 'your type' situation, its due to the economic conditions."
The Department of Labor and Regulation will be hosting a job fair on Tuesday, September 18th from 12:30-5:00 at the Aberdeen Civic Center Arena.
Over forty companies are expected to be there. Thielsen tells those interested to have a resume ready and be prepared to ask and answer many questions.
