Sioux Falls has made another Top 10 list—this time as most affordable for homebuyers.
According to Money Magazine and CNN Money, Sioux Falls is the tenth most affordable city in America for homebuyers. The study used data from Onboard Informatics and other sources to identify economic strengths, quality of health care, low crime, great schools and leisure activities.
According to the study, the median home price in Sioux Falls is $129,950 with a median family income of $68,050.
Nearby cities making the list are Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Rochester, Minn.
Spring, Texas takes the top spot with a median home price of $98,214 and median family income of $72,742
