O'Gorman High School has been ranked in the Top 50 Catholic Schools for the seventh year in a row.
The winners of the 2012-2013 Catholic High School Honor Roll competition were announced Thursday by The Cardinal Newman Society.
The Honor Roll started in 2004. It recognizes excellence in Catholic identity, academics and civic education at Catholic high schools across the United States.
O'Gorman has been named to the prestigious award every year since the award's inception—a feat only two other schools in the country have accomplished.
The top 50 schools are located in 21 states, with Pennsylvania having the highest number of honorees with seven schools, followed by Texas with six and Michigan with five.
