An exciting day for many local athletes as the Sanford FIELDHOUSE opened at the Sanford Sports Complex.
Everyone was invited to see it today along with taking part in some sporting challenges.
Many people took advantage of doing just that.
The facility has top of the line technology to meet the needs of all athletes in our region.
We talked with an athlete who took advantage of the open house.
"Just when you come in it looks like fun, the turf is really nice so you can cut good. It just feels like a place where you can have fun and work out," says Coby Nofziger.
Sanford FIELDHOUSE is an indoor sports facility for local, regional, national athletic training, leagues and other programs.
