Secretary of State tells South Dakota students to "Rock the Vote"

South Dakota Secretary of State Jason Gant is attempting to revamp the slogan "Rock the Vote" among college students.

On Tuesday September 25 Secretary Gant is traveling across southeastern South Dakota to remind students to Rock the Vote.

Gant is promoting voter registration and discuss the importance of practicing the right to vote. South Dakota politicians will also be on-hand to offer thoughts on the importance of voting.

Secretary Gant is appearing at the following locations and times:

9:00 am – 10:00 am – in the SDSU Student Union
10:30 am – 1:30 pm – Kilian College, Opportunities Fair
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm – Augustana College, Siverson Lounge in Morrison Commons
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm – USD Muenster University Center – Cherry Street Faculty Room
