Easy Gourmet Bison

One South Dakota State University student is trying to help implement the use of Bison in our diets. KSFY's Nancy Naeve Brown traveled to Brookings to talk with Chef Kristin Olson. She has written a cookbook that caters to people willing to try cooking with bison meat. The book is called " Easy Gourmet Bison ". It is planned to be released at the end of October.
